Lynne Mueller is an executive leadership coach dedicated to empowering and championing her clients toward meaningful, thriving careers and fulfilling lives.
Her NA leadership experience includes various general management posts at a broadcast television affiliate, film and video production company and largest cable MSO. Understanding first-hand the challenges and rewards of leadership led to a global post heading Executive Development and the design and delivery of leadership development programs in 30 countries on six continents.
She believes leadership scales indelibly with the impact of a single talented and committed leader. She pursued a professional coaching certification at the ICF-accredited Co-active Training Institute, CTI. In 2023. She co-facilitated an Asian leadership development program for a leading global creative and marketing firm, and am proud of our team’s impact on empowering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Witnessing a leader step into their power, catalyzed by a deeper awareness of themself, and the profound agency they have in shaping their world and career is a privilege. She is indebted to her mentors and guides and gets to pay it forward with coaching that is collaborative and accountable, like connective tissue enabling growth into transformation, and the most meaningful expression of leadership.
Lynne resides in the SF Bay Area, volunteers and gives to activist and animal organizations, community and environmental coalitions. She identifies as Asian American meets honorary Pacific Islander, is originally from Hawaii, and graduated from the Shidler College of Business, University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
