Professionally, Lola is currently employed at UCLA, where she runs a 10-month professional development program and provides 1-on-1 career coaching to UCLA employees. As a coach, she prioritizes setting sustainable goals through intentional reflection. She is devoted to helping employees reach their fullest potential as employees and members of society.
