Jill Wilk is a highly motivational executive, team, and career coach bringing corporate experience combined with expertise in all areas of Human Resources. Human Resources expertise stems from over 25 years of experience in non-profit, technology, manufacturing, retail, and professional service industries. Jill is a Professional Certified Coach accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds additional designations as a Certified Executive Coach Specialist. Jill earned her Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from Golden Gate University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from University of Washington. She has recently published a chapter, Be the Driver of Your Own Car – Use of Analogies in Coaching, in the most recent edition of Coaching Perspectives.
