Bio/CV: 

Jill Wilk is a highly motivational executive, team, and career coach bringing corporate experience combined with expertise in all areas of Human Resources. She is recognized for her ability to partner with clients to create focus, motivation, and solution strategies. She is passionate about supporting her clients to achieve the goals that move them forward. She specializes in partnering with current and future leaders through defining goals, examining challenges and roadblocks, and accountability while achieving those “lightbulb” moments along the way.

She brings expertise from the perspective of internal director-level positions and external consultant engagements, providing coaching support, performance improvement strategies, and focus on client professional growth, job advancement, or career transition. Human Resources expertise stems from over 25 years of experience in non-profit, technology, manufacturing, retail, and professional service industries. Jill is a Professional Certified Coach accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds additional designations as a Certified Executive Coach Specialist. Jill earned her Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from Golden Gate University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from University of Washington. She has recently published a chapter, Be the Driver of Your Own Car – Use of Analogies in Coaching, in the most recent edition of Coaching Perspectives.

Jill’s coaching philosophy centers around the belief that clients have the vision and through foundational and compelling questions, they find their own solutions rooted in accountability. Clients describe Jill as positive and purposeful, supportive and enthusiastic, provoking them to build confidence, awareness and ultimately take action.
