Jennifer Mora

Bio/CV: 

Jennifer Mora began her career in higher education advancement at UC Berkeley with the Cal Alumni Association (CAA) in 2007. During her 11 years at CAA, she launched new programs and initiatives, including implementing a multi-channel annual giving program and leading their scholarship stewardship program. As the inaugural Senior Director, Alumni Scholarships and Major Gifts she partnered with alumni and friends on philanthropic opportunities to advance the university’s vision for student access and success. While on UC Berkeley’s Student Experience and Diversity team, Jennifer led fundraising efforts for the divisions of Student Affairs and Undergraduate Education--raising more than $25 million--and co-led the implementation of a comprehensive scholarship fundraising initiative as part of The Campaign For Berkeley. Currently, Jennifer serves as Senior Director, Major Gifts, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Community Initiatives at the University of San Francisco.

Jennifer earned her B.A. in Chicana and Chicano Studies from UCLA and her Masters of Public Administration from Sonoma State University. Her volunteer roles include Finance Committee Chair for the UCLA Latino Alumni Association and supporting the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education in various capacities. Jennifer is serving as the chair of the 2023 CASE District VII Conference.
