Jeanette Lindsay is the founder and owner of Northdawn Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where she supports individuals and organizations in all areas of development, career management, and organizational change. She brings over 15 years of experience from Stanford University, where she served as Director of Talent Management and Organization Development. In that role, she coached a wide range of Stanford staff as they navigated their careers, supported managers and leaders within leadership programs, and led various career development initiatives including the Owning Your Career@Stanford program. She also led multi-year change management efforts for the launch of Stanford’s Redwood City campus and contributed to the design of the IDEAL Learning Journey, a comprehensive diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging program for 15,000 staff members.

Jeanette earned a BS in Business Administration/Marketing from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a Masters in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University. She trained with Positive Coaching Solutions and achieved her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2024. Jeanette listens deeply and helps clients connect the dots, move forward, and create positive change. She specializes in career management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
