I am a CTA (Coach Training Alliance - ICF Accredited) Certified Coach. I have 100+ hours of coaching experience and my application towards ICF ACC credentialing is in progress. I have experience coaching people from various ethnicities, backgrounds, and professional roles. Although I have experience coaching clients from various professional backgrounds, my primary niche is parents and educators (I have worked as an ECE STEM educator prior to becoming a coach). My coaching experience includes topics such as parenting challenges, classroom management, student/child behavior management, work-life balance, career management & goal setting, self-care, stress management, anxiety management, and mental and emotional well-being.
