I am a corporate leader, entrepreneur, and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience. I have extensive experience working the early-career and mid-level career professionals providing coaching and mentoring on all aspects of career decisions. This includes career planning/mobility, selecting mentors and sponsors, self-advocating, having courageous conversations, and asking the right questions for effective feedback. I have designed and launched career and leadership programs and served as a global leader for multiple Employee Resource Groups.
