Inga Bielinska is MCC ICF, team coach, mentor coach, and coach supervisor.
She works globally with clients who undergo change, both organizational and individual, struggle with managing remote and culturally diverse teams, or find communication challenging. During her career, she gained experience as a managing partner, business owner, consultant, and a Board member in nonprofit organizations, which allows her to bring hands-on, credible expertise to her work since she experienced the challenges of a corporate career.
Inga has been working in different countries which can contribute to her understanding of cultural diversity and its role in managing people, collaborating, and communicating with internal or external clients.
Inga Bielinska is a regular contributor to American issues of Forbes and Newsweek. She also wrote two books in Polish for leaders.
