I am semi-new to professional coaching and currently work at an organization called Ezra Coaching - working on the sales side of the business. Though I am not new to coaching in the sense that I have personally dived into the journey myself by paying for coaching and being a part of a virtual coaching cohort. On a personal level, I have also had the privilege of experiencing a vision quest of a four (4) day fast in the desert. I am an Enlisted Coaches-method certified coach, focusing on the power of words and how we use them.
My coaching approach is intertwined with a heart-centered human connection both internally and externally, while also evaluating and understanding people's personal leadership approach. I like to apply the Socratic Method when it comes to questioning and helping people find their clarity. Transformation for me comes through the understanding of one's self and the application of providing and being of service to others.
I have a bachelor's degree from Sacramento State and have worked in the sales world for over 15 years. I am a 1st generation Latino professional that strives to build connections with people and mentors/leaders that have come before me to help learn from the shoulders of giants.
My personal mission is to help others connect with their heart center so that they can be their most authentic version of themselves and be able to tap into the abundance of the heart to pour that love and share with others that they impact in their close lives.
