As a VP of Production in the television industry for over ten (10) years, my leadership style was coaching based, and that was before I got my credentials. I now have an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on Executive Coaching in addition to my ACC from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I founded the Working Solutions Group in 2017.
My clients include LGBTQA+, several ethnicities, and immigrant backgrounds, I have led groups in DEIB work and feel very comfortable working with diverse identities. Come as you are.
