Bio/CV:
Geoff is an ICF PCC accredited coach and leadership facilitator who has worked with over 450 clients mostly in the tech and educational spaces for the past four years. Prior to becoming a coach, Geoff was a Senior Tools Strategist at Microsoft, Senior Release Engineer and Manager for Google, and Director of Software Engineering at Pandora. While in tech, Geoff was known for building and nurturing high-performing teams. 2023 was Geoff's first year volunteering as a NOW coach, and he is honored to be asked back to coach again.
