Bio/CV: 

Farah Bernier is a multifaceted experienced professional who specializes in partnering with Fortune 500 executive leaders as an Executive Human Resources Business Partner and an Executive Coach. She partners with Executive-level leaders and their senior leadership teams developing talent management strategies that prioritize attracting, retaining, developing, and promoting critical talent in ways directly tied to game-changing business objectives.

Leveraging her extensive corporate experience and expertise, Farah supports the growth and development of her coaching clients through her model for fostering insights and facilitating progression: Self-Discovery, Self-Definition, Self-Distinction™. Over the last 15 years, over 2,000 clients have learned Farah’s trademarked tools and techniques to more effectively operate with A.I.M.-Authenticity, Intention, and Mindful Execution™.

Farah also supports organization-wide and team-development engagements ranging from serving as a keynote speaker or panelist to facilitating offsites and workshops. Most recently, she has been recognized as a Distinguished Speaker for two national conferences focused on diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging; Inaugural Alumni Speaker for Babson College’s Dr. King Legacy Honors, and highest rated external facilitator for a number of different organizational offsites focused on effective change management, vision, and mission development, and leading with cultural dexterity.

A graduate of Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, Farah earned her MBA in Global Studies and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, and her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index-Master Practitioner (ELI-EMP) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Committed to excellence in coaching, she is currently pursuing a second coaching certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching.

Farah prioritizes wellness in her professional practice and personal life. She is a Peloton enthusiast, most recently hitting 450 runs, 400 meditation sessions, and 250 strength training intensives. Also, while the pandemic did pause her wanderlust, she is looking forward to getting back to traveling very soon. Beyond this, spending quality time with family and friends is always top of her list.
