As a Certified Integral Coach and International Coaching Federation (ICF) - accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I am dedicated to working with leaders at all levels to fully express their passion and purpose, especially as they are going through a transition. My focus includes 1:1 coaching and group facilitation to cultivate an open, collaborative, and compassionate environment where leaders can become the best versions of themselves and ultimately everyone has an opportunity to grow. I come from an immigrant family and especially enjoy partnering with individuals from diverse backgrounds. My coaching approach for brief sessions leans towards active listening, building comfort and trust, asking powerful questions, and offering a few key observations that can lead to openings and insights.
