I am a first-generation college graduate with a BA in Social Ecology and an MS in Counseling. I received training to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and intersecting identities, guided by a cultural humility approach.
As a seasoned leader and supervisor with over 16 years in higher education, I prioritize trust and psychological safety to foster personal and professional growth within my teams. I do this by supporting individuals to explore their passions and growth areas by providing guidance and coaching through challenges. My most memorable moments are when team members share how our discussions led to breakthroughs and new outcomes.
