Dr. Jim Robey is a Master Certified Coach (ICF–MCC) with over 21 years of coaching experience and 35 years of leadership in ministry, nonprofit, and organizational settings. He is the founder of Jim Robey Coaching LLC and an endorsed United Methodist Life Coach, working with leaders and coaches across government, business, nonprofit, and faith-based contexts.
Jim brings a global perspective shaped by work across the U.S., Europe, and Africa, and he has extensive experience coaching people from diverse cultural, vocational, and identity backgrounds. His coaching approach is grounded, invitational, and practical—blending deep listening, powerful inquiry, experiential learning, and Positive Intelligence (PQ) tools to help clients gain clarity and take meaningful next steps.
