As an ICF-certified professional coach (ACC) and talent developer, I’m passionate about empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve meaningful career success. With over a decade of experience in higher education, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding individuals through every stage of their professional journeys. Currently, I’m Director of Career Development at UC Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy, where I lead a dynamic career program focused on coaching, leadership, mentorship, and professional development. I’m also a certified Clifton Strengths Coach (Gallup) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator facilitator (MBTI) and have a Master’s in Educational Psychology, as well as a Certificate in Professional Coaching and Human Capital Management from NYU.

I specialize in supporting clients through career pivots, clarifying personal values, defining career success, and leveraging strengths in their career development. Additionally, I provide guidance on professional branding, including LinkedIn, resume writing, and career storytelling.
