Berkeley Executive Education offers 2 to 5-day programs taught by distinguished professional and laddered faculty at the Haas School of Business and UC Berkeley. The team offers open enrollment programs focused on advancing business and management techniques, specifically designed for emerging and advanced executives.  Areas of focus include leadership, entrepreneurship, strategy and finance.

$500 per day covers all program materials and facilitation fees, and is limited to one Berkeley Executive Education program per calendar year. The cost of participation in this program must be covered by the participant or the participant's work unit.

Berkeley Changemaker Program

Synopsis: In this 3-day on-campus program, you’ll learn how to embody an entrepreneurial spirit to spot new opportunities, galvanize high-impact teams, overcome obstacles, communicate with clarity, and fully step into your role as a changemaker.

Women's Executive Leadership Program

Synopsis: This is Exec Ed’s  5-day flagship development program that helps executives to build and activate their strategic leadership plan through a series of lectures, case studies and practical exercises from top Haas faculty.

Program Details

To participate in this program, staff must:

  • Hold a full-time position with the title code of P4, P5, S2, M1, M2, M3 or M4
  • Commit to attend all program days in their entirety
  • Complete all pre-work before the first day of the program
  • Additionally, depending on the program, you may need to complete 1 to 2 hours of additional work as assigned between program days

Participant Costs:

$500 per day covers all program materials and facilitation fees, and is limited to one Berkeley Executive Education program per calendar year. The cost of participation in this program must be covered by the participant or the participant’s work unit. This special rate may be applied to a maximum of two Berkeley Executive Education programs per individual.
