After 11 years in higher education, I spent 8 years at the Center for Creative Leadership, developing deep expertise in leadership coaching. I am completing my CoActive Training Institute coach training and progressing towards ICF ACC certification.
My experience spans working with diverse groups in the social sector, focusing on equity, diversity, and inclusion. I believe in a coaching partnership that emphasizes learning, prioritizing your core interests, and building momentum toward your goals. My approach combines understanding your skills and aspirations, introducing new perspectives, and supporting you with empathy and understanding.
