Susie Fraga is an Associate Certified Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She also holds certifications in several personality assessments, including DISC, Insights Discovery, Hogan Personality Inventory, Workplace Big5, Emotional Intelligence, FIRO-B, and various 360 assessments.
A graduate of the University of California, San Diego, Susie holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Spanish Literature and a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
Susie's passion for learning and commitment to helping others have shaped her career, taking her from being a Spanish/English interpreter to roles in Human Resources, coaching, and leadership development at top Fortune 100 companies. With over 20 years of experience, Susie has coached leaders and facilitated leadership development courses in both English and Spanish.
Susie is a native from Mexico City who has called San Diego home for 35 years and loves to travel by immersing herself in other cultures through their people, food, architecture, art, and history.
