Susan Cass began her career as the receptionist for the Graduate School of Business followed by the undergraduate orientation program coordinator at Stanford (sorry, Berkeley didn’t make an offer). From there she served as resident hall director (University of Washington), and admissions counselor (Pitzer College). Eventually, Berkeley made that offer and here she has served as a major adviser, departmental scheduler, GSAO, college adviser, dean’s executive assistant and strategic planning analyst, analyst and staff support for the L&S faculty Executive Committee, interim Registrar, and is currently the manager for the Registrar’s undergraduate transfer credit and degree audit team.
