Sibel is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
She brings over 25 years of experience and a wealth of resources from her extensive training and education to each client. Her travels around the globe, genuine curiosity, and love of diversity enable her to connect with people from all walks of life.
Sibel’s magic touch is her calm, deep listening. When she listens, you get a wonderful sense of being heard and seen. Her non-judgmental style and compassion allow Sibel to look at things right in the eye and ask powerful questions. Doing so, she inspires her clients to live with courage and a wonderful sense of clarity and purpose. In her coaching engagements, Sibel helps her clients understand their strengths, organize their thoughts, and deepen their leadership skills; such as listening, delegating, efficiency/productivity, concise communication, and authentic presence.
Sibel is an active member of the global coaching community, contributing regularly to monthly meetings, seminars, and trainings of ICF, ICFNE, and CTI. She has also been an active member of the Massachusetts Conference for Women’s Coaches Corner since 2012.
Sibel holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, an M.S. in Food Science and Nutrition, and a B.S. in Food Engineering. As a scientist, she received several leadership awards as well as individual and team innovation awards. She has several publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Sibel is also trained in CTI’s Multi-dimensional Leadership Model, Brene Brown’s Daring Way Model, and Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence Model among others. In her coaching, she employs a multitude of resources tailored specifically to each client.
Sibel lives in Boston with her husband of 28 years. She has a college-aged daughter and a seven-year-old golden doodle and credits this lovely duo with her best and most important learnings in life.
