Sit in a collaborative space with a Leadership Coach that brings decades of experience in professional development and operations management across diverse industries, such as live events, video production, and non-profit consulting. My experience is in developing and delivering programs prioritizing diversity, equity, inclusion, social justice, and leadership development. Now and in the future. Working for an Organizational Development consulting firm, I've coordinated initiatives focusing on cultural and leadership capacities within non-profit organizations. My coaching approach consists of collaborative program design, individual-based learning, and reflective inquiry. Holding a Professional Coaching for Life and Work Certificate from the University of California, Davis, I have 150 hours of coach-specific education training. As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), my learning is amplified by a community of practice and deep research.

I graduate with a Master's degree in Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Innovation and Change from the University of the Pacific in May 2026, further deepening my expertise in coaching individuals and organizations through transformative growth. I volunteer my time supporting non-profit community organizations. I am also a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) and a Certified Facilitator of the Interpersonal Leadership Styles (ILS), delivering a holistic coaching approach to evaluate your capacity as a leader seeking to grow and develop.
