Ruthann Haffke has over 20 years of experience providing career coaching and counseling at UC Berkeley. While at UC Berkeley, she established a career center for graduate students in public health, developed career programming for professionals in transition through UC Extension, provided staff training opportunities as co-leader of the Berkeley Facilitators Network, and coached students & clients to pursue meaningful careers. She has received the Chancellor's Outstanding Staff Award and the Distinguished Service Award for her work on campus. She has participated as a NOW Conference presenter and/or coach since 2016, and is adept at helping clients identify their strengths and set realistic goals for change. Ruthann received her M.S. in career and college counseling from San Francisco State University, and her B.A. in sociology from UC Santa Barbara. She is a Gallup-trained strengths coach and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
