Rosanne Lurie (she/her)

Bio/CV: 

Rosanne Lurie, MS, has worked nearly 25 years in higher education and enjoys helping individuals learn about career options, find roles and contexts that are aligned with their values, identities, and interests, and develop their job search skills. Her advising style is informed by multiple career theories, CBT, and strengths-based approaches. She currently works at the University of California Berkeley (UCB) as the Director of Graduate and Postdoc Career Development for QB3-Berkeley. Prior to that, she was part of the management group at Berkeley Career Engagement (formerly Career Center). She received the BSA Excellence in Management award in 2018, has been nominated multiple times for UCB's Excellence in Advising award, and was a 2023 participant in the BPM Executive Coaching Program. She has been both a presenter and advisor at many professional conferences including six NOW conferences (since 2017). Rosanne co-authored the 5th edition of the Academic Job Search Handbook.
