Bio/CV:
Rebecca Andersen is an educator and certified Design Your Life and Wellcoaches career coach. Her passion is partnering with individuals and teams, using design thinking to facilitate mindful decisions in their career strategy. Rebecca currently serves as Senior Director of Student & Alumni Career Development at the UC Berkeley School of Information for graduate students in diverse technical roles. Rebecca also teaches career development workshops and is a frequent guest facilitator in career and professional development. In her spare time, Rebecca chases after 2 children and is completing her doctorate in education at UC Davis with a focus on female empowerment as well as equity and access to technology careers.
