Bio/CV: 

Rayner Jae Liu is an Integral Coach®, inclusion strategist, and systems theorist who offers 360° perspectives in service of life. With 10+ years of experience creating breakthroughs in inclusion, education, and leadership development, Rayner helps individuals, from students to CEOs, find alignment and belonging in our rapidly changing world.

A California native who received admission to UC Berkeley and UCLA, Rayner has been recognized by Marianne Williamson and Melinda Gates for his work in transcultural whole-person development. He is an adjunct faculty member and coaching certification panelist in New Ventures West’s Professional Coaching Course (ICF-ACTP L2), a Duke Alumni Career Coach, and a speaker and mentor at Duke and NYU.

Rayner earned a BA in Cultural Anthropology and Political Science from Duke University and trained in emotional neuroscience at Stanford. He asks people empowering and penetrating questions in a supportive environment that directs them toward their desired futures.
