Patricia Bailey is the Associate Director, Human Resources at Meredith Corporation. Throughout her career Patricia has focused on building teams, trust, and organizational effectiveness working for iconic brands such as Apple, JetBlue, and Delta Air Lines. An Ohio native, Patricia received a B.A. in International Business Management from Marietta College before discovering her true passion and obtaining an M.S. in Human Resources from Capella University. If there’s one thing that working in aviation has taught Patricia, it’s that the sky is the limit.
