In my fifteen years as a teacher and communication coach, I have helped clients from numerous countries advance their careers through better communication.
Among the industries that I work in are health care, consulting, and academia, as well as people managers of all sorts. I frequently work with introverts, non-native speakers of English, and people from under-represented backgrounds.
As a BetterUp coach, I have worked with UC Berkeley staff from various departments and ranks. For the last five years, I've also worked with Berkeley's VSPA Department, teaching courses for visiting scholars and post-docs. At last year's Berkeley NOW event, I presented a session to help introverts gain more visibility.
For this event's coaching setting, I aim to help attendees make content actionable and most impactful.
