Natasha Marshall is an accomplished coach and leader with a multifaceted career spanning coaching, diplomacy, and community service. She currently serves as an Adjunct Coach for the U.S. Department of State, an Assistant Coach for the Co-Active Training Institute, the Director for Partnerships at International Coaching Federation – Georgia, and the Founder and Managing Director of Agile Coaching Solutions. Natasha’s coaching approach is agile, collaborative, and client-centered, empowering individuals to harness their full potential in leadership, career, and life.

Through her coaching, Natasha inspires clients to adapt their leadership styles and career goals to diverse situations and achieve meaningful results. Her ability to foster creative collaboration and deliver tailored coaching solutions has earned her recognition for revitalizing struggling teams, cultivating strong client relationships, and supporting individuals through career transitions and challenges. Natasha brings a rich intercultural perspective and extensive professional background to her coaching practice, drawing from her 20+ years as a U.S. Diplomat. She has served in China, Nigeria, Jamaica, Israel, Egypt, and Germany, gaining deep insights into diverse cultures and leadership styles. Her global experience informs her coaching philosophy, allowing her to ignite excellence and foster lasting change in her clients.

Natasha’s dedication to service extends beyond her coaching practice. She founded the Armand Center for Conflict Resolution, a non-profit organization in Maryland focused on facilitating safe parent-child engagement. She has been recognized with numerous awards for her community service and volunteerism. In Savannah, Georgia, Natasha hosts and facilitates life skills workshops for the Savannah Union Mission, serves as a parent board member for the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, and volunteers with the Savannah Police Department.
