She is currently a teacher at the Strozzi Institute for Somatics where she teaches several courses: Embodied Leadership, Somatic Bodywork, and Somatic Coaching Certification.
Monica also coaches individuals in how they navigate workplace bias and systemic - often unconscious - oppression, racism, and patriarchy, an offering born as a result of her own personal lived experiences as an Asian American woman in corporate America.
Monica lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys spending her time meditating, diving into personal development and personal growth activities, playing tennis, and spending time with family, friends, and her nephews.
