My name is Minea Herwitz and I am an ICF certified coach and the Director of Marketing on the Board of the ICF San Francisco Bay Area Coaches chapter. I believe in (and have experienced) the power of coaching to help people move toward goals and think beyond what they can achieve alone. As Einstein said, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.” My coaching approach is creative and holistic, asking the big questions and inviting in the energy of creating what one wants, rather than just problem-solving within what one has. I bring into service my background in art, psychology, and business to engage my clients in creative, meaningful, and productive conversations about their life and career paths, including: life's work exploration, work/life balance, career growth, and leadership development. I have BAs from UC Santa Cruz in Psychology and Literature and have worked as a professional artist, media producer, and digital marketer for businesses and nonprofits for over 10 years, helping people and organizations discover their purposes and share their stories.
