Michelle is an ICF-certified leadership coach specializing in guiding and partnering with visionary leaders and change-makers on their journeys toward self-actualization. She is trained in Women-Centered/Transformational Coaching, Co-Active Coaching, Family Constellation, and Systemic Coaching methodologies, and is keen to hold a safe, inspiring space for clients to evolve into the highest version of themselves and become a guiding light for others.
Prior to becoming a coach, Michelle spent 25 years in the tech industry in a variety of leadership roles. She is particularly familiar with challenges and dynamics in product organizations and startups.
Michelle has an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, a Master of Sciences in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor of Sciences in Electronics Engineering from Tsinghua University, China. Her coaching credentials include ICF ACC and CPCC. She offers coaching in both English and Chinese.
