Melanie is a CPCC and ACC certified coach, also trained in ORSC. She has an extensive background in mentoring individuals and leading teams in the medtech and life science spaces. While her specialty is to help moms reconnect with themselves and build lives beyond family care, she is experienced in coaching a multitude of people, including BIPOC, men and women, industry and academics - anyone seeking to feel whole in their lives.
