Lynne is an executive coach with 15 years of experience in executive development and leadership coaching, preceded by 20 years in leadership and general management roles.
With a global and career long perspective, she has a first-hand understanding of the responsibilities, challenges and rewards of leading teams and organizations. She designed and delivered leadership programs in 30 countries across six continents for creative and marketing firms, actively championing initiatives for underrepresented minority groups.
