I love coaching! It’s incredibly rewarding to help others leverage their thoughts, intuitions, and capabilities to achieve their goals. While the coaching mindset comes fairly naturally to me, my coaching skills have been hard-earned. I have been learning about and practicing professional coaching for 10 years.
In 2022, I earned my International Coaching Foundation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and am a graduate of the multi-year International Coach Academy’s Advanced Certified Coach Program, with over 165 hours of coach-specific education and 150 hours of client coaching. I continue to focus on coaching growth through work with a variety of clients, participation in my local ICF Colorado chapter, and ongoing professional education and mentorship. My private coaching practice serves widows who have moved through their grief to the point of wanting to determine who they are and what they want for their “new” futures.
