Bio/CV: 

Lorraine Beaman is an accomplished career coach with more than 25 years’ experience helping individuals define their career goals and develop a strategy for achieving them. Lorraine has worked with college students, young professionals, and seasoned executives. Her pro-bono work includes assisting foster youth aging out of the system and women escaping domestic violence transition into the workforce. Her areas of expertise include interview and salary negotiation coaching.

She has earned an ACC from the International Coaching Federation and Negotiation and Leadership Certification form the Harvard University Program on Negotiation. She believes there is a rewarding career path for everyone and welcomes the opportunity of guiding individuals through the process of discovering that path.
