With 20 years of experience leading operations and developing leaders in complex organizations - including Fortune 500 healthcare systems - Lorraine transforms reactive operations into high-performing organizations by strengthening management infrastructure and growing the leaders who run it. She has coached and supported leaders across administrative, clinical, and operational teams in healthcare, accounting, utilities, technology, and the arts.
Lorraine is the founder of LAR Insights, holds an MBA, and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with 500+ coaching hours. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma and Prosci Change Management. Raised in South America, she brings a global perspective and genuine curiosity about each individual’s unique path.
