Laura Woody, ACC, CPCC, LCSW, is a coach, consultant, and the founder of Connections Coaching and Consulting LLC. Leaning on her 20 years of experience as a social worker, supervisor, and leader in the non-profit realm, Laura approaches coaching with empathy, authenticity, and humor, keeping a non-judgmental and supportive stance. Laura is passionate about supporting her clients in gaining insight and taking action even amongst the “brutiful” realities of life. Trained and Certified by the Co-Active Training Institute, Laura is skilled at supporting her clients to explore their values, navigate shifts and changes, gain confidence in general and as a manager and leader, explore roadblocks to personal and professional progress and success, and determine the next best step.
