LaToia Burkley specializes in activating, educating, and elevating the voices of high-achieving professionals so they can serve at their highest sense of self while gaining clarity and confidence along their career journey. A goal-oriented, certified Executive and Career Coach, LaToia is deeply passionate about pouring into her community through coaching and holding space for career pathing for individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses.
Drawing on her expertise in Human Resources and Business Operations, LaToia helps clients identify and orchestrate practical solutions that strengthen leadership acumen, advance inclusion and equity, and drive meaningful results for both individuals and organizations. She supports leaders in navigating workplace uncertainty with grounded confidence while moving their actions forward effectively.
LaToia holds an Administrative Fellowship with Harvard University’s School of Engineering & Applied Sciences (2022–2024) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as an ICF member. She is bilingual and fluent in Portuguese.
When she’s not supporting clients on their career journeys, LaToia enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with friends.
