Kim Sapp Dinwiddie has been at Berkeley for over 22 years. She is the Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development in Talent Management and Workforce Planning at University Development and Alumni Relations. Kim provides HR and organizational consulting, instructional design and development, as well as training and facilitation to meet UDAR’s strategic workforce planning needs. She managed Berkeley’s first fundraising training program during the successful Light the Way campaign, whereby a shift in the fundraising enterprise yielded a surpassed $6B campaign goal. In Central HR, she developed and facilitated campus-wide recruitment and hiring training curriculum for managers, also providing campus-wide staff career development training. She started her career at Berkeley as a Program Director at Extension. She has a MEd in Counseling - Career Development focus.
