My first experience with receiving career guidance was a career assessment at age 12 that told me I should work in forestry and sanitation. I realized early on that there are no simple hacks to figuring out your career and translating what you love and what you’re good at into a job you’re excited about. Since then, I’ve made several career switches, each with the goal of helping people work on what matters to them — from fundraising for a film festival to, more recently, working with Haas students in several different roles in both the full-time and working professional MBA programs.
