John Weng, MA, ICF ACC, is the Principal of John Weng Consulting and a leadership coach who has worked with professionals across levels and sectors with the goal of helping people understand themselves better, break through roadblocks, and make things happen. Outside of his consulting and coaching practice, John currently works at UC San Diego as a higher education leader overseeing a portfolio of student governed programs and is a doctoral candidate and lecturer at the University of San Diego in their department of leadership studies. He is an On-Call facilitator with the Center for Creative Leadership and Leadership Coach with ExecOnline. He is certified by Gallup as a Certified Strengths Coach and the Myers-Briggs Foundation as a Master Practitioner. In his free time, John enjoys being active in the gym, spending time at the beach, and trying all of the food options San Diego has to offer.
