Joan Kling is a seasoned team-building strategist, coach, trainer, and keynote speaker.
She spent 35 years in local government service inspiring, motivating, and developing high-functioning and respected teams. Joan is known for her engaging and impactful approach that include candor with a bit of humor and wit sprinkled in.

Joan is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture of continuous improvement, commitment to excellence, and passion for developing all.

In addition to her leadership roles, Joan brings over 20 years of experience in training and development, with a particular focus on project management, team performance and operational efficiency. Joan also has 15 years of experience coaching internal and external clients, helping them achieve and excel in personal and professional goals.

Joan excels at simplifying complex project management concepts and empowering individuals across various roles to work toward a common solution. Well-respected as a results-oriented manager, she has a proven track record of turning around struggling teams using empathy and compassion mixed with clearly defined expectations and accountability.
