Mental Fitness Coach Joan Kling guides first-time people managers from daily struggle and self-doubt to self-confident, successful leaders who make a difference.

Joan Kling has more than 35 years of local government experience - 20 years in Code Enforcement leadership where she fine-tuned the skills of verbal and written communications, negotiation, conflict management, de-escalating situations, and training and developing staff. Joan embraces a whole-person approach to help new leaders integrate body, mind, and spirit into their leadership roles. This includes being a Values-Based Servant Leader. She has been training and speaking for more than 25 years and coaching for more than 15 years.

Joan encourages clients to embrace that small inner voice that urges them to be the unique and great people they were born to be. Joan helps people from all backgrounds and walks of life through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, speaking engagements, and VIP retreat facilitation.
