She has held internal director-level positions and external consultant engagements, providing coaching support, performance improvement strategies and focus on client professional growth, job advancement, or career transition with over 25 years of experience in non-profit, technology, manufacturing, retail, and professional service industries. Jill is a Professional Certified Coach accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds additional designations as a Certified Executive Coach Specialist. Jill earned her Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from Golden Gate University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from University of Washington.
