I'm a Career & Leadership Coach focused on helping people find more enjoyment and fulfillment in their careers and life.
After many years of working in high-growth tech companies, I discovered a passion for helping others grow and get more fulfillment from their work. I decided to pursue coaching full-time and completed coaching training with Co-Active Training Institute, a leading coaching program that’s been running since 1992. I have experience coaching people from all walks of life and at different stages in their careers.
I myself have benefitted from some amazing coaches over the years who helped me with burnout, self-confidence, and deciding what to do next, so I know just how powerful coaching can be. My goal is to deliver that same impact to you and help you get to where you want to be.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy baking, walks in the sunshine, board games, making cocktails, and eating delicious food. I’m originally from England, UK but I now live in San Francisco with my husband and young daughter.
