I'm a Leadership and Career Strategy Coach (ICF-ACC) and I help people to have a more fulfilling career. This can take the form of becoming more happy at work or of a change of job/career. I believe that when people feel stuck in their job, a purely reflective approach is not likely to bring the answers needed to move forward. I rather believe that people find more insights when they start experimenting with some ideas and see how they really react and feel about the new activity. That is why one of my favorite books is "Working Identity" by Herminia Ibarra (Prof. at LBS and previously INSEAD).
As a coach, I use narrative exercises to broaden the field of what is possible and then I work with my clients to design small-scale experiments and reflect on the results.
I use the learning and the insights I gain through my career as a leader in multiple organizations and countries to better serve my clients. I'm also passionate about learning and helping my clients to adopt a learner mindset.
