In May 2023, I received a Certificate of Organization Coaching (COC) from the University of British Columbia. I have accumulated 100+ hours of client coaching, so am in the process of getting my ACC credential.
Outside of coaching, I have 25+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry, providing consultation to a diverse set of leaders around business process efficiency, embedded risk mitigation, and control design effectiveness. I have parallel passions for putting the right people in the right roles and for building diverse and highly collaborative teams through the principles of steward leadership. I'm a certified Empowering People in the Workplace (EPW) program facilitator, which has allowed me to support my own team and those of my peer managers, in creating a workplace culture founded in empathy, encouragement, and sustainable solutions.
Coaching has paved a natural progression into being further in service to an individual, group, or team. Whether at work or with a private client, I find great joy in seeing clients find the possibilities and realize their potential.
