My coaching style blends 25+ years of executive experience—coaching leaders and building diverse, collaborative teams in both corporate and nonprofit settings—with a deep understanding of neuroscience and human behavior. Witnessing how people can feel genuinely excited to come to work deepens my belief that business excellence thrives when the right people in the right roles see challenges as opportunities.

In addition to holding the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and a Certified Organizational Coach (COC) credential from the University of British Columbia, I’m proud to be a certified facilitator in both the PQ (Positive Intelligence) and Empowering People in the Workplace (EPW) programs - frameworks that complement team coaching and strengthen workplace dynamics.
