Estée Kim (she/her)

Bio/CV: 

Estée is a holistic talent strategist and a management and leadership coach who is able to inspire and engage people by providing the right mix of support and challenge to facilitate their best thinking. Her relatable, intuitive, and refreshingly unpretentious style allows for earnest yet boldly open conversations that lead to generative motion.

With over ten years of global human resources experience across and within industries of pharmaceuticals, art auction and sales, philanthropy, fashion, and public health systems, Estée has spent much of her career developing and implementing strategies that enable individuals and organizations to get clear on expectations, navigate uncertainty, and most importantly, build relationships with others and with themselves.

Estée holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior, Systems, and Analytics from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from Rutgers University. She is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and completed her coach training at the University of California, Davis, and the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC).

Outside of her professional endeavors, Estée is a member of the Associate Board of the Korean American Community Foundation (KACF), is on the Board for the Organization Development Network of New York, and serves as a career mentor for the Society of Human Resources NYC Chapter and CityTutors NYC. She enjoys dancing and is a highly trained salsa and bachata dancer who enjoys exploring connection through movement and music (and food!).
